The National Economic and Development Authority IX’s Project Monitoring Team, together with the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) IX staff conducted a results monitoring and evaluation (RME) of the Solar Power Technology Support (SPOTS) Projects in Siayan and Jose Dalman municipalities in Zamboanga del Norte. The team monitored the projects in two (2) barangays, namely, Muñoz and Suginion, in Siayan on July 12-15, 2010, as well as in five (5) barangays, namely, Sigamok, Ilihan, Marupay, Tamarok and Dinasan in Jose Dalman last July 26-29, 2010.
